Caught Off Guard

Finished a Chapter that became rather emotionally draining to write. What was fascinating about it was i outlined what i wanted the chapter to be and from the first paragraph, as i wrote, it took on a life of its own, its content catching me off guard, so much so that i cried having had no idea what was to come. Even the author can be surprised. Don't judge my writing style in this post, it's 2am and I'm exhausted.
